A single-estate farm at 1,900 metres grew an exceptional washed lot that disappeared, every year, into an unnamed regional blend.
We carried its cup to the people who would put it on a menu by name. Working through the harvest, we sampled, scored, and placed the estate with specialty roasters in Oslo and Copenhagen on a direct, multi-year basis.
