The mandate

Loomline

A family weaving mill on the central Vietnamese coast produced fabric good enough for European luxury — and sold most of it, anonymously, as white-label yardage at commodity margins.

Our mandate was to lift it out of anonymity. We built a fabric story, arranged the sampling, and introduced the mill directly to design studios in Milan that buy on hand and character, not on price alone.

The two sides

Hải Vân Textiles

A third-generation mill weaving fine linen and silk blends, with the craft of a maison and the order book of a subcontractor.

Buyer

Two Milanese ateliers
